NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN AMENDED CONSENT ORDER
Public notice of intent to issue an amendment to a State Consent Order to the following:
The City of Havelock (P.O. Box 368, Havelock, NC 28532) has requested an amended Special Order by
Consent (SOC) No. S 19-002 Ad II for its Havelock Collection System. The City was unable to consistently

Compliance with this Order requires upgrades and rehabilitation to sewer lines, manholes and lift stations.
The City of Havelock shall comply with the collection system permit conditions and limits with the exception
of the interim limitations identified in the Order. This Order will expire on February 1, 2025.
