DWR has enclosed a renewal draft for your review and comment. Please review this draft carefully to ensure your understanding of the limits and monitoring conditions, and to correct errors, if any. Concurrent with this notification, the Division will solicit public comment on this draft by publishing a notice in newspapers having circulation in the general Anson County area, as required by the NPDES Program. Please submit your written comments, if any, to me at joe.corporon(a,deq.nc.gov. We welcome your written comments on the draft, but they are not mandatory. NPDES standard conditions (Parts II, III, and IV) are part of this permit but are not included in the draft (cover sheet, map, and Part I only). The latest version of these is available at https://bit.ly/2BZ4xxx and can be viewed online or downloaded as a PDF file. Renewal Changes. The Division understands that Cates has made no significant alterations to treatment processes since last renewal. We have therefore made only minimal updates to your permit. Thes are guided by the EPA's reasonable potential analyses (RPAs) of databases you submitted over the previous permit cycle.
