We received your application for an NPDES No Exposure certification on September 7, 2023.Ashley Vikara with
the Winston-Salem Regional Office conducted a site visit to determine whether the facility was compliant with
coverage under a Stormwater No Exposure Certification.
It was discovered during the site visit that the facility is within the permit boundaries of Individual Stormwater
permit NCS000508 for Piedmont Triad Airport.Therefore, it has been concluded that the industrial activity of
this facility has already been captured under Individual Permit NCS000508 and the No Exposure Certification is
unnecessary.
