This letter is in response to the NOV's at The Town of Stowing Rock Wastewater
Treatment Plant acquired on 8/26/24.
Permit Violation 1.

Permit Violation 2.
An electrician) has been contacted and is scheduled to begin ropairs r)n gpro.rator
the week of 9/2/24.
Permit Violation 3.
The effluent composite sampler temperature was corrected the day of the
inspection. It now measures 3 degrees Celsius. 8/25/24
A receptacle has been placed at the bar screen to collect screenings. The dumpster
has been moved underneath shelter day after inspection 8/25/24
The clarifiers have been cleared of all duckweed. 8/26/24
Item of Concern 1.
We now have a complete copy of the permit given by the inspector.
Item of Concern 2.
We now sign in and out on the daily log including time of entry and exit, and also
name of operator.
Item of Concern 3.
The influent flow meter has been calibrated. 8116/24
