Dear Ms. Williams,
This letter is for the Muddy Creek Pump Station Replacement Temporary Domestic Wastewater Pump &
Haul Permit. Enclosed are the Pump and Haul records for the month of August on behalf of the City of
King for the temporary pump and haul service for the above referenced project. The pump and haul
operations are performed by:

King NC 27021
The wastewater is discharged to the City of King sanitary sewer system. This system pumps to the City of
Winston Salem Muddy Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility for treatment and disposal of wastewater.
Based on the approved permit, the maximum anticipated wastewater volume generated by the
subdivision is 2,400 gallons per day. The following tables provide a report of the pump and haul
operations for the month of August 2024.

All wastewater is pumped and hauled by City of King and is discharged
into City of King Sanitary Sewer System. All wastewater is treated by City
of Winston Salem Muddy Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility
There have been no capacity issues hauling the volume of wastewater being generated by the subdivision.
