Comment: Inspection revealed two (2) PS (Wal-Mart and Longview) audible and visual alarms were in
needed repair. Wal-Mart had already been scheduled for repair other other was being
addresed/scheduled during the inspection. (SCADA operated properly for all PS inspectied,
including Wal-Mart and Longvielw stations)
