The property is waterfront in nature and consists of approximately 41.12' of frontage along the Pamlico River. The neighborhood and waterfront re -development plan was permitted under CAMA Major Permit # 115-21 and DWR Project No. 2021-0442. The pool and decking are pervious in nature and should be a source of stormwater run-off. If pool should over fill, the water would sheet flow over vegetated surfaces. The impacts to the CAMA Zone 1 and CAMA Zone 2 are quantified by the attached exhibits and buffer authorization form.
