This report includes the sampling and reporting requirements of the above referenced permit as well as the reporting requirements of the Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. PCS PHOSPHATE-TANK FARM REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN QUARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR THE INJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS May 2624—July 2024 The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen(14)withdrawal water wells located on the north side of the Tank Farm Area. Infection Water Well System The injection water well system is operated with mine depressurization water(DPW). Daily operational data is collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
