spills have occurred. Additionally, please revise your records to reflect the accurate number of
outfalls observed during the inspection.

Inspection Summary:
On August 28, 2024, this facility was inspected to assess compliance. During the inspection, we met with plant
superintendent Mourice Brothers. The facility had most of the required documents in place, but the Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan (SWPPP)was found to be incomplete. Specifically,the SWPPP was missing the current list of spills(with
notation that no spills have occurred).
We visited all outfalls on the property and observed that there are more outfalls than what is currently listed in our system
Please update your outfall information to reflect the accurate number of outfalls.
