inspection we conducted at the Town of North Wilkesboro W WTP on August 20, 2024. Please

Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as it was not available during the inspection.
Additionally, please revise your records to reflect the accurate number of outfalls observed
during the inspection.

Inspection Summary:
On August 20, 2024, this facility was inspected to assess compliance. During the inspection, we met with representatives
Scott Perry and Justin Shell. They were unable to locate the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and the only
paperwork available was a site map.
We visited all outfalls on the property and noted that there are more outfalls than what is currently listed in our system
Please update your outfall information to reflect the accurate number of outfalls.
