Inspection Summary:
The inspection was conducted on July 31, 2024, in response to an application for coverage under the NCG05 permit. The
facility, which manufactures products for the animal litter industry, was found to be well-organized, with no housekeeping
issues noted during the inspection. The site includes one detention pond with a single outfall. Outdoor storage for wooden
pallets and tote bins was observed. An open-top dumpster, lined to prevent leakage, is in use.A SWPPP is being prepared
by a third-party consultant and will be put into action once completed.
Based on these observations, coverage under the NCG05 permit is recommended.
