OK, I'm gonna whine & get on my soapbox
07-2008 came in as a CAMA Express on 12/3/07....Project name on application was left blank
07-2035 came in 27 project numbers & 3 days later on 12/6/07 with a $570 check. I checked w/ Joanne & she
said to keep the check & that it was for Marine Max (Mtce Dredge) because a 401 was also needed to go
along with the CAMA Express. Project name on application was "maintenance dredge". No way I would know
to match it up with something that had already come in.
So in my own defense how in the world was I supposed to know these 2 were "mates". Sheesh & gnashing of
teeth!
I can't delete 07-2035 because $$ has already been accepted & charged to the project. I will note in BIMS
that it belongs with 07-2008 & match the two up together here in the CO & Bev can make the connection in
Laserfiche as well.
OK, I'm done now...off my soapbox & back on track for a Thurs morning muttering 'more coffee, more coffee
