Attached to this letter is a revised application as requested with a corrected mailing address. The Notice of Inspection identified both inlets to the stormwater pond needs site corrections to operate as intended. The owner of the site is currently performing the corrections and those will be completed within 90 days. A certification letter will be prepared by a Professional Engineer stating compliance following the completion of the corrections. The Notice of Inspection also identified impervious area being installed beyond the currently permitted limits and a gravel road was recently paved. A permit modification is currently being completed and will revise the permit to include the additional impervious area identified. This permit modification will be submitted within 30 days.
