Inspection Summary:
The pond has two forebays. The inlet of one forebay (in red) is not directed to the pond. The inlet of the other
forebay(in blue) is washed out and needs to be maintained and stabilized. There is additional impervious area
being installed in the vicinity of the area in green which may extend beyond the permitted boundary. A road
shown on the plans to be "soil/gravel" is being paved (in yellow). The owner owns three adjacent tracts.

The project was certified in 2013, and modified to re-allocated impervious in 2015. The owner
indicated that an additional modificaiton is pending. A final certification will be needed when the
modified configuration is constructed.
