Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*
Please describe summary of implementation and compliance status.
The Town of Carrboro's Stormwater Program was initiated in 2017 and is currently functioning in compliance under the most recently issued
permit(2022).Minimum control measures are fully implemented per permit guidance.The Town has elected to receive implementation support
from two additional entities;(1)Orange County Erosion Control assists with implementing portions of the"Construction Site Runnoff Controls"
measure;(2)The Clean Water Education Partnership helps support the Town's"Education&Outreach"measure.
Are there any proposed changes/revisions to the Stormwater Program?*
Include revisions to assessment of controls and any fiscal analysis revisions.Note:Proposed changes shall be submitted as part of a revised
Stormwater Management Plan(SWMP).
No significant SWMP changes are requested at this time.
Per the"Clarification on SWMP Submittals"email received from Isaiah Reed on 2024.08.20,the SWMP needed minor updates to reflect
personnel,organizational,and responsible party changes.On February 27th,2024,the Equivalent Residential Unit fee increased(from$75/year
to$90/year).

Jordan Lake TMDL(nitrogen load reduction 35%;phosphorus load reeducation 5%).Municipality is actively participating as a Jordan Lake
stakeholder.The Town has included post construction requirements for nitrogen and phosphorus to prevent increases since 2007.The Town's
Residential Assistance Program Pilot(RAPP)was initiated as a way to address small scale nutrient reductions on private land in FY24.
