FAST TRACK PRIVATE SEWER SYSTEM EXTENSION APPLICATION COVER LETTER
Description: The proposed development consists of two (2) retail buildings with six
(6) tenant spaces totaling 9,641 square feet. A total sanitary sewer
flow discharge of 5,161 GPD (see FTA 10-23, Section V1.7) has been
calculated. To service the development, a sanitary sewer main
extension of 115 linear feet of 8" Ductile Iron pipe is proposed.
Maintenance of the proposed sanitary sewer extension will be
covered by shared maintenance agreements.
