This letter is being directed to based upon our site visit of January 2, 2008. The
attached plats indicate the required Neuse Riparian buffer and the approximate location
of old road. As we discussed, my client intends to access the property by placing gravel
on the old road bed.
Please provide a letter of concurrence as this activity is/should be deemed exempt from
the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rules. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
