We have been working with David Boykin at the North Carolina Department of Transportation to obtain an approved
3-Party Encroachment permit for the Reclaimed Water Distribution Line portion of the Goodwin Yield North
development. The permit has been prepared and is ready for signature. Final permit approval will not be granted until
the original bond and signatures have been delivered to the local district office. We hope this letter allows you to
move forward with permitting the waterline as noted above.
See below from NCDOT portal stating the plans have been approved.

is ready for signature and will not be given final approval until the original bond with 3 original signatures has
been delivered to our office (4009 District Drive) for $20,000.00. Applications for bonds are located on connect
website. Please ensure the bond form is filled out completely, and includes all 3 signatures, seals; and includes
