Ms. Manuel,
Nature Trail experience problems with a pump and an issue with short circuiting that was on going during this period, end of May through June. We did not get the results
from the lab in time to make adjustments to repair these deficiencies. t_Jnfortunately to compound issues this time period coincided with the vacation of our chief operator
who may have recognized these issues sooner than the back-up. The problem has been addressed and the plant is in compliance.
It is difficult without timely analysis to make adjustment_ We have talked the lab to shorten turn around times_
