Inspection Summary:
The inspection visit was conducted by Tony Honeycutt and the Regional Engineer, Jim Barber. Mr Barber was making his
site visit for permit renewal.
The facility is shut down but appeared to be in adequate condition. There was no apparent damage to the wells, but the
remediation station was leaking water. It was still operating but leaking, with water ponding at the rear of the station.
Mr. Barber contacted ERM, the organization tasked with the facilities operation. He spoke with Mr. Rick Terravechia and
informed him of the problen with the remediation equipment Mr. Tarravechia assured Mr. Barber the leaking equipment
would be promptly addressed.
No additional problems noted.
