The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Former Toastmaster -
Ingraham Time Products Facility on 3/18/2020. .This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility
is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No.
WQ0007798. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed
copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

This is a water remediation system with an infiltration gallery -The pumping system hasbeen up graded and this visit was the
new pump system start up and the compliance inspection.
The new system is operational but will take some fine tuning.
The system appears operational and there was no observable damage to any of the wells.
No additional problems noted
