SFR is at the end of the road on the left .

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RE CMVI11 TI CNS
Observations of the system on 11 - 12-92 did not reveal any
problems . It was relevant to note , however , that the trailer had
been removed so no discharge was occurring . The Murdocks are
replacing their present 1 -bedroom mobile home with a double wide .
The chlorine contact chamber is located downslope from the end of
the driveway . The discharge pipe is approximately 50 yards in
length and passes in front of the end of the gravel road and
empties into the U.T. just below the driveway across the street .
WSRO Recommends reissuance .

The chlorinator shall be inspected weekly to ensure there is an ample supply of chlorine tablets for
continuous disinfection of the effluent.
The pH shall not be less than 6.0 standard units nor greater than 9.0 standard units.
There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in other than trace amounts.
