Parker Hannifin Corporation (Parker) currently owns and operates a filter manufacturing facility
in Shelby, North Carolina, doing business as Purolator Facet, Inc. (Purolator). The facility
operates under the State of North Carolina General Permit No. NCG030000 (IGP) — Metal
Fabrication. There, Purolator is submitting this Notice of Intent for coverage under this permit.
Included as attachments are the Notice of Intent, Purolator's General Permit, a Site Location
Map, and a Detailed Site Map.
