Small infill residential development planned iust south of the Beltline off Carolina Pines Avenue. The proiect
site is situated along an old beaver impoundment. Buffer verification of the top of bank is being requested to
gain concurrence on where the buffers should be measured from in this old impoundment. Beaver dam is no
longer functioning and therefore the elevation of the dam is not representative of the surface water elevation.
