Rockingham County Dear Mr. Dowtin: __i3c P AI S A Reference is made to the rescission of the subject NPDES Permits. Staff of our Winston-Salem Regional Office have confirmed that this facility has never been constructed and that this discharge permit is no longer needed. Therefore, NPDES Permit No. NCO074292 is rescinded and will be removed from our computer systems, effective immediately. If in the future you wish to again discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive new NPDES Permits. Discharging without a valid NPDES Permit will subject the discharger to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day. If it would be helpful to discuss this matter further, I would suggest that you contact Steve Mauney, Water Quality Regional Supervisor, Winston-Salem Regional Office at 910/896-7007. Sincerely, A.
