Inspection Summary:
Porter Scientific Inc. has not applied any biosolids under permit W00013729 to date in 2016. Mr. Jeff Jacobs with Porter
Scientific Inc. was the contact person for the land application program. He indicated that Poeter Scientifis Inc. has no
intentions of spreading biosolids in 2016. Mr. Jacobs was instructed to inform the Fayetteville Regional Office prior to land
application operations taking place, if thier plans change.
