Implementation Status of the Stormwater Program*
Please describe summary of implementation and compliance status.
The program has been implemented for three years now and is working towards full compliance with the current SWMP.Seven property owners
operate nine non-municipal post-construction SCMs.As of June 30,2024,three SCMs owned by two different property management companies,
had yet to complete their annual inspection.Of the five owners who completed inspections,two SCMs,both of which are owned by the same
HOA,had deficiencies that were not fully addressed by the end of Permit Year Three.The City Stormwater Department is working with those
property owners to overcome hurdles to compliance,with the goal of having all SCMs inspected and operating properly by the end of Permit
Year Four.Two additional SCMs are slated to be converted from active construction to post-construction infrastructure between now and the
end of Permit Year Five.The Stormwater Administrator will initiate and maintain contact with the owners of the new SCMs as soon as conversion
is complete so that the expectation of annual inspections and full compliance with the O&M manual is known from day one.
