I.Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for Catana Car Farm Road; 20241128 Ver 1; Lincoln County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on August 19, 2024 Catana Construction (3899 Mannix Dr Ste 405 ,
Martinsville, VA 24114) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water Quality
Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity
for which this certification is sought regards Residential Subdivision. The DWR’s proposed date of final action
on the application is September 22, 2024.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
September 22, 2024. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment
Form here: <https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
