Cover Letter Goose Marsh is a single-family residential lot subdivision located off Gilbert Road SE (SR-1501) in Brunswick County. The subdivision was originally planned and permitted as a 705-lot subdivision, but construction was stopped after the development of the first 73 lots (Phase 1). The undeveloped portions of the property were eventually sold to different entities and re -assimilated back together by Goose Marsh NC, LLC as a new subdivision boundary. The existing Phase 1 development is serviced by a gravity sewer system from Pump Station #3 (WQ0030295MOD). The proposed flow from the low-pressure sewer (LPS) portion of Goose Marsh Phase 2A (33 single-family residential lots with a daily design flow of 6,930 gpd) will discharge into the gravity sewer system for the subdivision (WQ0030295MOD, owned and operated by Brunswick County). The flow from this project will be treated in the West Brunswick Regional WWTF (WQ0023693) also owned and operated by Brunswick County. Item included with this submittal are listed below. • Item A.
