IV. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
The Warsaw Sanitation Trailer Wash is permitted for the operation of a 7.3 MG per year non -discharge facility. This
facility is in compliance with Permit No. WQ0023310. However, the groundwater monitoring data submitted in every
March, July, and November sampling shows a consistent trend of Total N limit exceedances within MW 1 and MW 3.
This trend is described above in Question 12, as well as on the line graph below:

Please note: After discussion with staff affiliated with the Warsaw Sanitation Trailer Wash, on August 16, 2024,
operations will be modified on Field H (adjacent to MW-3). These operational changes include the removal of row
cropping and only planting soybeans in hopes of having MW-3 to be in compliance.
