Applicant: Coastal Yacht Hangar, LLC
Project Location: On Core Creek, north side of the mouth of Eastrnan Creek, in Carteret
County. Site is at 1301 Sensation Weigh Road in the Jarrett Bay Marine
Lidustrial Park off of Highway 101 in Beaufort
Proposed Project: The applicant wishes to construct aten-slip clock, a rail and lift system to
accommodate an upland 268 dry slip storage facility, a sewer pump out station
at one staging platform and fuel pumps at a second staging platform, new
dredging of an access channel, access boardwalks, clubhouse & pool, office
building, parking lot and bulkheads
