Last night portions of proje�t R-3421C re�eived approxicnately 2 in�hes of rain in about an hour, The sand based cnaterial is very diffi�ult to �ontain in rainfalls of
that intensity,
The rain has �ocnpletely overwhelcned the erosion �ontrol cneasures and deposited silt at the lo�ations listed below,
Less than a �ubi� yard of silt (oss at site #24 around station 94+50 -SRS
Silt (oss at site #9 89+00 +�- -SR2- right, approxicnately+�- 3 �ubi� yards
Silt (oss at site#33 31+50 +�- -SR2- right, Approxicnately 2 �ubi� yards
Silt (oss at site #3123+00 -SR2- right, Approxicnately 2 to 3 �ubi� yards
Silt (oss at site #10, approxicnately 1 �ubi� yard +�-,
Silt (oss at site #2811+25 -DR1-, approxicnately (ess than 1 �ubi� yard
Silt (oss at site #6, approxicnately 2 to 3 �ubi� yards +�-,
We cnay find cnore losses as the inspe�tors work through the proje�t, if we do I forward thecn later,
The inspe�tor has pi�tures of ea�h lo�ation and has do�ucnented the event on the appropriate forcns, If you don't have any obje�tions I will advise the proje�t
cnanager to �ocncnen�e �lean up ASAP,
Dave; all the sites that were �leaned frocn the previous losses are now �overed again, Are we still on for the site visit on the 18th? If so, what ticne?
