We are contacting you to update the Outfall information and receiving stream information for our
client (SW Permit: NCG030611, Facility: Progress Rail Winston-Salem) prior to submitting eDMR
registration paperwork.
We will be submitting the DOSA and eDMR registration paperwork separately after updating other
facility contact information.
Facility and Outfall Information to be updated:

Stormwater Discharge Outfall Locations:
The correct Outfall 1 location lat/long should be as follows:
Latitude: 36.062111° (36° 3' 43.6" N)
Longitude: -80.1152780 (-800 6' 55.0" W)
The correct Outfall 2 location lat/long should be as follows:
Latitude: 36.0615280 (360 3' 41.5" N)
Longitude: -80.1210560 (-800 7' 15.8" W)
The correct Receiving Stream for both outfalls did not change and is: Swaim Creek in the Yakin
Pee Dee River Basin (From source to South Fork Muddy Creek)
Receiving Stream Index 12-94-13-1
Receiving Stream Class: C

Other information to update will be uploaded online and submitted separately as required.
The responsible official and new owner contact may also be changing, and we will submit the
