The following described tract of land lies on the southwestern side of SR 1551 (Johnston County Road) in. the
Grove Township, and being deed duly recorded in Deed Book 3437, Page 510 of the Harnett County, North
Carolina Registry.
BEGINNING at an existing PK nail in the centerline of SR 1551 (Johnston County Road), said PK nail also
being the easternmost corner of the Jarred Lane Bullard parcel as recorded in Deed Book 4175, Page 2350 of
the Harnett County Registry; thence running with said centerline S35°46'02"E 393.39 feet to a point; thence
leaving running with the northwestern line of the Cynthia Sorrell Langdon parcel as
recorded in Deed Book 3437, Page 502 S46°28'56"W 30.39 feet to an existing 1/2" rebar on the right-of-way
margin of said road; thence continuing with said parcel line S46°28'56"W 174.77 feet to an existing 1/2"
rebar; thence with the southwestern line of said parcel S34°36'38"E 252.31 feet to a point; thence with the
