Crooked Creek Sand Filters were placed in bypass due to passing rainstorm. Tertiary filters were placed in
bypass until the point where the filters could keep up with flow and not backwash continuously.
Cause or Reason for the Upset/Spill/Bypass:
5.4 inches of rain received from passing storm, causing elevated flows to plant.

Filters placed in bypass until flows returned to normal.
