Inspection Summary:
On 08/15/2024, James Elmore with the Division of Water Resources, Washington Regional Office conducted a compliance
inspection of the Goldsboro WRF. The facility was found to be compliant with permit W00017791. The farm and golf course
were visited, and both appeared to be well maintained and operated.
The April 2024 NDMR was spot checked for accuracy, with no discrepancies found. The facility has an agreement with
Cherry Research Farm, and the farm is being used to grow cotton this year. At the golf course, the sign indicating the
utilization of reuse water is present at the front desk.
