Project Narrative
Hidden Estates is a 12.06 acre residential subdivision within Weddington, North Carolina. This
subdivision consists of 5 single family detached units. The site is located in Union County along
Beulah Church Rd. The stormwater network was designed to handle the 25-year storm event.
The drainage system consists of 2 swales that capture flow along the perimeter of the road.
These swales direct flow to grate inlets and ultimately to an existing swale along Beulah Church
