Dear Mr. Bass:
The Division of Water Infrastructure (Division) has completed its review of the engineering
report for the subject project. Based upon the review', the Division has determined that the above-
referenced project is eligible for funding as follows:
Eligible:
Starmont Circle SCM
Installation of a Bioretention or constructed wetland stormwater control measure (SCM),
including 100 LF inlet swale with forebay, filter media,underdrain piping,biofilter
vegetation, 150 LF of 24-inch RCP, splitter box, drainage structure (drop inlet and
manhole), outlet structure, sedimentation and erosion control measures and signage.
Walnut Street SCM
Installation of a bioretention basin SCM including 100 LF swale with forebay, sand filter
media and underdrain piping, biofilter vegetation, 125 LF of 24"RCP, splitter box, storm
drainage structure (drop inlet and manhole), outlet structure, sedimentation and erosion
control measures and signage.
Fire Station SCM
Installation of precast concrete chamber detention system with integrated sand filter
system including filter media and underdrain piping, access opening frames and covers,
splitter box, manhole, 100 LF of 42+-inch RCP, 2,000 SY of geogrid stabilization, 2,000
SY asphalt parking lot with striping and sedimentation and erosion control measures.

Non-Eligible:
Paving of roadways in excess of the excavated area; spare parts, service contracts, and
maintenance contracts; and extended warranties.
Based upon a detailed review of the future bid documents, the Division may determine that
portions of the project are not eligible for funding and the total funding amount may be reduced.
Please note funding is contingent on meeting the schedule provided in your Letter of Intent to
Fund, or your approved Funding Deadline Extension approval letter(if applicable), as tabulated below:

The Division will make no reimbursement of ARPA funds after December 31, 2026.
