Robeson County,North Carolina and more particularly described as follows: All that property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
TOGETHER WITH any and all right,title and interest in and to those rights to have subsurface water distributed to
Campbell Soup Company and others by Robeson County by wells for the extraction of subsurface water upon the terms
and conditions contained in that Deed from Campbell Soup Company to Robeson County dated February 3,1981 and
recorded in the Robeson County Registry in Book 489,Page 128.
ALSO TOGETHER WITH any and all right,title and interest in and to those rights to have sanitary sewer service provided
to Campbell Soup Company by The Town of Maxton upon the terms and conditions contained in that Agreement between
Campbell Soup Company and The Town of Maxton dated April 6, 1984 and recorded in the Robeson County Registry in
Book 561,Page 247 and in Book 561,Page 255.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the
Grantee in fee simple,SUBJECT TO conditions of record.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee,that Grantor has done nothing to impair such title as Grantor received,and Grantor
will warrant and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by,under or through Grantor,except for the
exceptions hereinafter stated.
