Inspection Summary:
A routine compliance inspection of the Pebble Beach Condos WWTF was conducted on August 13, 2024. The purpose of
the evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit
WQ0002128. Don O'Mara was present during the inspection.
This facility is a three -train Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) wastewater treatment system. Disposal consists of two
high -rate infiltration fields with rotary distributors. It is permitted for 70,000 GPD but only averages less than half the
permitted flow during the busy summer season. There were no issues during the heavy rains from recent Tropical Storm
Debby. The facility continues to be well maintained and operated.
The current permit expired on December 31, 2022. A renewal application was received on June 24, 2024 and is in the review
process.
The facility is compliant with Non -Discharge Permit WQ0002128. Please review the comment sections of the inspection
report for more details.
