Attached you will find coordinates to each of the 7 identified stormwater outfalls located at our facility.
The attachment includes both our facility's certificate of coverage# and associated receiving waters for
each outfall. Please let me know what other information is needed to continue moving forward. Thank
you for the guidance you've provided.
May I request confirmation that the outfalls are entered so that I may begin entering our DMR's
electronically? Until then, our DMR's will be submitted in hard copy form. Is the submittal address
below, correct?To who's attention may I address this submittal?
