The Division of Water Resources (DWR) personnel from the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) have researched and
determined that you are the current owner of the property located at 8428 Island Point Road in Charlotte/Mecklenburg County.
The Division had issued a NPDES Permit (NCG551713) to the previous owner for the discharge of treated wastewater from the
on -site residence. No Name/Ownership Change form was completed and submitted to the Division as a result of the ownership
change in March 2022. In addition, no annual administration and compliance fees have been paid since 2022. Please note that
the failures to pay the annual fees and submit the required documentation (name/ownership change) could subject you to
potential enforcement actions including permit revocation. A Permit Name/Ownership Change Form is attached for your use.
