PROJECT NARRATIVE
The Westfall Subdivision is a +/- 308 acre development located in Chatham County. The
ultimate buildout will consist of approximately 248 single-family homes. The site sanitary sewer
service is provided via an ultimate capacity 30,000 gpd wastewater treatment plant (WQ
0028798) operated by Aqua of North Carolina. There are currently 233 platted lots and this
permit application reflects the last 9 lots to be permitted within the development. The
proposed 9 lots will flow via force main sewer to the existing the existing 2" force main within
Phase 2A Westfall which was designed to accommodate the additional flow, permit
WQ#0036907. This is the final phase of the development. Approval and construction will
complete the project.
