FILE REVIEW COMMENTS:
17. The Town reported BOD violations (monthly and weekly average) in March and June 2024. A chronic toxicity failure was also reported in
December 2023.
22. The Town will need to revise some influent parameters on multiple eDMRs. This Office will separately discuss these revisions with the
Town's ORC of the WWTP.
35. The Town performed the inspection at Daimler on 9/12/2023.
37. Daimler has developed a Toxic Organic Management Plan (TOMP); however, semi-annual TTO sampling was performed in lieu of the
Certification submittals.
39. The Town contracts Pace Analytical Services to perform Industrial User Permit (IUP) sample analyses.
41a. Daimler contracts Waypoint Analytical Services to perform IUP sample analyses.
SUMMARY AND COMMENTS:
The records reviewed during the inspection were organized and well maintained. The Town must ensure all dental facilities are surveyed in its
jurisdiction and the One -Time Compliance Report is completed and received (if applicable). The Town's Industrial Pretreatment Program was
being properly implemented.
