On July 24, 2024, a site inspection was conducted for the Rockingham Quarry facility located at 353
Galestown Road, in Richmond County, North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is
enclosed for your review. Along with yourself, Mr. Jared and Mrs. Paula Martin were also present during
the inspection and both your and their time and assistance is greatly appreciated. The site visit and file
review revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit NCG020000
under Certificate of Coverage NCG020107. Permit coverage authorizes the discharge of stormwater from
the facility to receiving waters designated as Hitchcock Creek, class C waters in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River
Basin.
As a result of the inspection, the facility was found to be compliant with the conditions of the NCG020000
permit. Please refer to the enclosed Compliance Inspection Report for additional comments and
observations made during the inspection.
Please be advised that violations of the NPDES Stormwater General Permit are subject to a civil
penalty assessment of up to$25,000 per day for each violation. If you or your staff have any questions,

Inspection Summary:
Staff from the Fayetteville Regional Office,Tabytha Smith and Nick Mills conducted an inspection to ensure compliance of
the NCGO2 permit. Met with Tony Johnson, Plant Manager. Discussed the site implementation of the SWPPP and their
monitoring requirements,which are complete and updated annually per requirement.Weekly BMP inspections were
documented.Visited the representative ouffalls and observed all were in good operating condition.
This is the most updated inspection report. The last inspection report had a box that was mistakenly pressed.
