This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0002638. The spray fields and trees were in good condition. The influent flow into the system exceeded permit limits due to Hurricane Florance. The ORC has been instructed to spray from the lagoon as weather allows, with no ponding or runoff. Inform the FRO weelky on the freeboard progress, until the system returns to compliance. No additional problems noted.
