Dear Permittee:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Town of Angier WWTF
on 9/27/2018. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with
the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0002638. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

Inspection Summary:
Records were acceptable.
The spray fields and trees were in good condition.
The influent flow into the system exceeded permit limits due to Hurricane Florance. The ORC has been instructed to spray
from the lagoon as weather allows, with no ponding or runoff. Inform the FRO weelky on the freeboard progress, until the
system returns to compliance.
No additional problems noted.
