The Non -discharge portion of this facility can not be closed until the solids removed from the lagoon have been properly disposed of. At present the residual solids are stockpiled on site. The land application site (trees) has been allowed to grow up and is in need of upkeep, if the site is to be used in future land application operations. The FRO is waiting on information from the ORC on hoe the remaining residuals will be handled. No additional problems noted.
