The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Alamac Knit'Fabrics
RLAP on 2/18/2020. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0004227. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

Inspection Summary:
The facility is shut down.
The non -discharge portion of this facility will not be allowed to be closed -out until the solids that were removed from the
facilities lagoon have been properly disposed of. At present the solids are stockpiled on site.
The land application site (trees) has been allowed to become overgrown. For the site to become useable, removal of the
excessive overgrowth, removal of the fallen lims and trimming of the tree would need to take place.
The FRO is waiting on information from the ORC on how the stockpiled residuals will be handled before recision of the permit
could be considered.
No additional problems noted.
