Project Location: 3330 River Road, adjacent to the Cape Fear River, in Wilmington New
Hanover County.
Proposed Project: to expand the existing dock, install pipelines'and pipe supports along the
existing pier, construct two (2) 135' diameter concrete domes, -Toad-out facility, driveway,
stormwater drainage swale and drain field.
