I have aƩached the Year 4 (second of three annual assessments) Bridge Monitoring Report for Project Ranger, in
Asheville NC. This is the second annual assessment comparaƟvely to the previous quarterly assessments. Per the
previously established permit condiƟons, we will conƟnue to monitor the bank status up and downstream of the new
bridge once annually for an addiƟonal year aŌer this. Please let me know if you have any quesƟons. I had sent this to
Andrew Moore but I believe this goes to you now!
